PHOTO BOOTH FAQs

Q: What do we get for the fee?
Unlimited booth sessions during your contracted time with 1-4x6 or 2-2x6 photo strips printed for each session.  Basic props and your choice of background is also included.

Q: Can we have our name or logo on the photo strips?
Yes, we always like to customize the footer on your photo strips with your company logo, wedding day color & fonts or anything else you can give us. Custom graphics are also available for a small extra fee.

Q: Is there an extra charge for travel and setup or teardown?
All travel and setup/teardown is included if your event is within 1.5 hours of DFW airport.  Travel beyond that is determined a case by case basis, but our philosophy is if we do not have to spend a night in a hotel before of after your event that we will usually consider it a local event :).  Please allow 45 minutes for setup and teardown

Q: Can we choose between color and black & white photos?
Yes, our default is to let you quests choose between color or black & white before each session.  If we know before your event, we can make sepia an option instead of black & white.

Q: How does your booth work?
We use large touchscreen monitor with instructions for your guests to read and start the booth (monitor is at least 20" - not one of those tiny 8" tablets).  After they touch START, the screen will countdown for each image so you guests will always know what is going on.

Q: Can I get reprints?
We will upload all of the images as well as the photo strips after your event and you are free to print more or share the digital files with your guests.  If you prefer your guests to contact us directly to purchase prints we can do that too.

Q: What will you require at the event for setup?
Since we have an open booth we can to up a regular elevator - no freight elevator required!  If you event is upstairs and there is no elevator access we just need to know a few days before your event so we can bring a smaller stand that is easy to carry up stairs.  We like to have at least a 10x10 space (but can work with less) - the more space you give us, the larger your groups can be!.  We also need one 20amp 110v wall or floor plug.  We have a few other suggestions we will tell you about when you contact us but those are the basics.

Q: Can we have an album for the photos or sleeves or frames for our guest's photos?
We can recommend an album for you to pick up locally to use for your photo strips - you just need glue sticks and felt pends.  For an extra fee we can supply plastic frames, photo sleeves or book marks.

Q: What sort of props do you have?
We have a variety of hats, feather boas, assorted signs and mustaches & glasses on sticks.  We have props specifically for Weddings, Sweet 16 parties, Quincaeneras,
