That depends on the type of event. If the event is for promotional purposes, like a trade show or community event, then we recommend branding everything that your guests receive to help maximize your marketing efforts. On the other hand, if your event is an internal event such as a company Christmas party, it is up completely up to you.
Images are usually ready for viewing within 5 days of your event. If you need your images sooner than that just let us know and we will work with you to deliver within your timeframe.
You will receive digital files of your event and a license agreement and usage will be defined in that agreement. Basic usage is included, extended usage is available for an extra fee and depends on the usage needed. According to current copyright laws, the image copyright stays with us unless you choose to purchase it. It is rare that anyone needs to make that investment as usage will always be defined within the license agreement
